Ingredients:

  • 1 small baguette, sliced into thin rounds

  • 4 oz Edelblu Gourmet cheese, crumbled

  • ¼ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.

2. Toast the bread in the oven for about 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.

3. Assemble the crostini by topping each slice with crumbled Edelblu Gourmet cheese and toasted walnuts.

4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh thyme for an extra layer of flavor. Season lightly with black pepper.

5. Serve immediately as a gourmet appetizer or alongside a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or Riesling.
