Edelblu Gourmet Blue Cheese Steak Topping
Ingredients:

4 oz Edelblu Gourmet cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp butter, softened

1 tbsp heavy cream

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped

2 grilled steaks (ribeye, filet mignon, or sirloin)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the topping: In a small bowl, mash together Edelblu Gourmet cheese, softened butter, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and fresh herbs until well combined.
2. Grill or pan-sear the steak: Cook your steaks to your preferred doneness. Just before removing from heat, place a spoonful of the blue cheese mixture on top.
3. Melt and serve: Let the cheese soften over the warm steak for 1-2 minutes, allowing it to create a rich, creamy topping.
4. Plate and enjoy: Serve immediately with roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, or a fresh salad.
