Edelblu Gourmet Creamy Blue Cheese Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz Edelblu Gourmet cheese, crumbled

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra depth)

8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or gnocchi)

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
2. Prepare the sauce: In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low.
4. Melt the cheese: Stir in crumbled Edelblu Gourmet and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth. Add black pepper, salt, and Dijon mustard if using.
5. Combine with pasta: Toss in the drained pasta, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Stir until well coated.
6. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives and serve immediately. Enjoy with a glass of crisp white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling.
